We only make money when you do, something we're proud to stand by.
Free To List
It’s completely free to list your space on MyVenueSpace. We don’t charge any listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or visibility fees.
Fee Structure
We charge an 8% fee to guests at the time of booking and 15% fee to Hosts once the event has taken place.
Host Flexibility
Calendar
You have full control over your pricing and availability with the calendar.
Deposits
Choose between 25% and 50% required deposits for your listings.
Cancellations
Select between 7, 30, 60 and 90 day cancellations for your property.
Contracts
Customize your contract to meet your unique property needs.
